Dear Customer, We are pleased to inform you that your VIVA number is now moved to a new billing schedule. From now your bill will be issued on the 20^th instead of the 1^st of each month.

Kindly note in the month of December, you will be issued two bills - the first bill on 1^st December covering usage charges for November and prorated rental charges for the period from 1^st till 19^th December and the 2^nd bill on 20^th December covering usage charges from 1^st till 19^th Decemeber and rental charges from 20^th December to 19^th January.

Furthermore starting from January, all your bills will be issued on the 20^th of each month and the due date for payment will be 17^th of the following month, providing you 28 days to make the payment.
