Dear Customer, We are pleased to inform you that your VIVA number is now moved to a new billing schedule. From now your bill will be issued on the 10^th instead of the 1^st of each month.

Kindly note that you will be issued two bills in December only- the first bill on 1^st December covering usage charges for November and prorated rental charges for the period from 1^st till 9^th December and the 2^nd bill on 10^th December covering usage charges from 1^st till 9^th Decemeber and rental charges from 10^th December to 9^th January.

Furthermore starting from January, all your bills will be issued on the 10^th of each month and the due date for payment will be 7^th of the following month, providing you 28 days to make the payment.
