Dear Customer,
We're glad to announce Menatelecom has been merged into VIVA Bahrain. In line with these changes, we would like to inform you of the different changes you will be experiencing starting 1st June 2018.
Plan Details
Your plan name will be changed and will appear differently on your bill and across different payment or online channels however your benefits will remain the same and you will continue to pay the same monthly rental amount. Some of the plan names will show higher monthly rental amount but a discount will be applied for such plans automatically every month without an increase in the amount paid.
Bills
Your bill issue date will be changed and you will be receiving separate e-bills in different layouts per individual line. You will no longer receive printed bills, all bills issued will be sent via email. Upon issue of your bill, you will have 28 days to complete payment, this will include your previous outstanding bills. You will receive another communication related to changes made on your new bill issue date and new due date.
Payment
You will have 28 days to settle your bill from date of issue to avoid service interruption. You will still be able to settle your bills using existing payment channels. You can also pay at your nearest VIVA store. For all payments done through QuickPay service, you will be required to enter your Broadband or voice line number instead of CPR or account ID.
Credit Limit
Your profile will be re-assessed and may have a direct impact on your current credit limit. Your credit limit may be revised according to VIVA credit policy starting 1st June 2018.
Online Account Access
Your Menatelecom log in details will be deactivated and you will be required to re- register your account using your Broadband or voice line number rather than your CPR or account ID by visiting https://www.viva.com.bh/user/register. If you already have a VIVA account, you will be able to manage your Menatelecom account using VIVA's online portal.
Call Center Support
When calling 07770 you will be required to enter your Broadband or voice line number instead of CPR or account ID, this also includes payments done through 07770.
Menatelecom Email Service
We will no longer be offering Menatelecom email services from our end. Your Menatelecom email address will be terminated and out of service by 31st May 2018.
