Reference to the Services Agreements signed between your company ("You") and Mena Telecom W.L.L. ("Mena Telecom").

We are pleased to announce that Menatelecom has been acquired by VIVA Bahrain B.S.C. (c) ("VIVA") and is currently subject to merger procedures and transferring of its activities to VIVA. The CPS services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered by the combined firm, which will operate as "VIVA".

VIVA will be transferring the registration of your CPS services from Menatelecom to VIVA accordingly, you will receive your monthly bill from VIVA on the 1^st of each month effective 1^st June 2018.

There are many new services and areas of expertise we will be able to provide you in the future. We look forward to discussing those in more depth with you. However, there are several things we want to point out that will not change:

• You will continue to work with the same sales and support teams in our firm you have in the past.
• Our fee structure will not change.
