Dear Customer,

Your Menatelecom line is suspended pending your fingerprint registration. Visit any Menatelecom store or VIVA store with a valid CPR or passport in order to register your line and re-activate your services as per the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority regulations.

If you fail to register your line before 2nd September 2018, your line will be fully disconnected.
