Dear VIVA Business Customer,
In compliance with the Telecom Regulatory Authority’s (TRA) ‘Sim- card Registration Regulation’ that will apply to all operators, VIVA will start verifying the identity of all customers. Effective July 12, 2017, all commercial and government entities must register their active mobile lines with VIVA Sales representatives.
Required documents:
- Authorized person (As per Sijilat.com) to sign and stamp the declaration letter.
- Copy of the authorized person valid CPR/Passport
- Copy of the valid CR.
- In case the authorized person wants to delegate someone else to register the lines, the delegation form needs to be signed and stamped by both the authorized and the delegated person.
